A big thank you to Sof and the team for all your help today. I had to downsize as well as move all the furniture I have inherited down the road to my home. Communication was excellent and so was the service. They hauled a huge wardrobe which couldn't be dismantled up a narrow staircase. They carefully wrapped everything I am keeping and took everything I didn't want away to charity. And all on a sweltering hot day. When I eventually get my own place I know exactly who to call. I just wanted to share the amazing experience I had with Goosnargh Removals. I enlisted Goosnargh to carry out a house clearance on my behalf, as I wasn’t able to be there in person. I entrusted them with my house keys, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. We had Goosnargh removals pack and move us. They came a couple of days before we moved and packed everything bar the essentials. Everything was well wrapped, boxed and labelled. On the day of moving they arrived early and swung into action. All packed up by dinner. Didn’t even stop for a brew. Unloaded everything into the new house. Sof and the team are some of the most hardworking people I’ve ever met. From quote to finishing moving me in, they’ve been great. Quick communication to get everything quoted and booked, and went the extra mile every step of the way when packing and moving ensuring everything was protected and looked after. Was seriously impressed at how quickly they were able to pack and unpack, even during a heatwave! Would gladly use them again in the future.
