This is the second time they have returned my clothes in worse condition. First time they burned my satin outfit, now they returned my very delicate wool sweaters (I have only worn once) looking roughly handled. It looks like it went through the washing machine. And my other black sweater still had a food stain on it. Little to no attention to detail….just money hungry. I’ve learned my lesson for the last time. CHECK YOUR ITEMS when picking up. Over charging and worst customer service, I will never go there again.
Very polite and helpful. I had a great experience. Brough in pants for hemming and they did a great job with a quick turnaround.
