One of the worst customer service experience. They never return any calls or online responses. The weirdest thing. I heard they were a little bad about it but wow.
Horrible company, shame as we have used them for years. They didn’t pay attention to my taxes and got me audited for 40k additional 3 years later on very simple mistakes they THEY made Including writing off my entire rent instead of just office space and many other issues. Will never use again including me or my family. Used to be a good company when Goosby himself did the taxes but now family members handle taxes for them and best of the excuse was them being on strong medicine from a procedure and was tired and not thinkin... read more
Ms. Sheila us phenomenal! The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Mr. Goosby knows his stuff! Professional and courteous staff.
I highly recommend this place. James and Brenda are amazing at what they do!
