This company would get a zero star if I could. Ordered hat that was on backorder. Two months later, I never recevied it. Customer "service" said that it was delivered. They were rude, unhelpful and obstinant. I've never dealt with a company so unwilling to work with a customer on a complaint. I will never shop here again and suggest you don't either. Read their reviews on GlassDoor - seems to say it all to me.
