It's a crying shame Google will not let you rate Google itself! Overall I think Google is great, but, when there is an issue, there is no one to address the issues apparently! I've been trying for several weeks to get Google to do something about a bad review that was left on my Business that is making me look bad when in fact it was intended for a business in a neighboring city!
