Google is terrible. Very terrible with customer service. Anything that I can buy which I know Google don't have competition when it comes to phones but TVs. Anything else if I can do with would not buy a purchase a Google product anymore because getting in touch with them on phone it's very difficult if not impossible. I did get a notice said I would receive a call back within one minute and I said I would be impressed if that happened. Guess what? 3 days later no call

It's a crying shame Google will not let you rate Google itself! Overall I think Google is great, but, when there is an issue, there is no one to address the issues apparently! I've been trying for several weeks to get Google to do something about a bad review that was left on my Business that is making me look bad when in fact it was intended for a business in a neighboring city! Sorry data center but you are the only Google result Google could find so you're going to get it. My review is for this Google map reviewing system since I cannot find anywhere to leave feedback otherwise. I've been reviewing on here several years and have noticed from time to time Google suddenly dumps my entire history to include the so called earned stars, badges etc. So what good is it to work ones way up to a higher status with 60k+ views, followers etc if it's going to be reset one day??!
