Despite a previous complaint from another customer I noticed it was the only ONE in the 3 year history of this company so I thought that was pretty darn good and decided to give them a chance. I mentioned the complaint to them and they said they tried to respond but BBB doesn't allow a response to defend themselves without accreditation - which I feel is unfair on BBB's part since they willfully allow complaints about businesses for free.
