That place is amazing. The staff was very friendly and informative. I will visit it again. We'll that was 2018. Now in 2024, I am still visiting and will continue as long as I can. First-time experience. I took the Tia chi class. The instructor is so fearless and brave. In one class, I learned information that should support my wellness for the rest of my life.❤️
I love going to optum. I made many friends, there are exercise classes , art, Zumba, tai chi, a gym , socializing. Belly dancing and more and it’s all free.
This is for the OptumCare Community Center in Goodyear- the name only shows as Goodyear Community Center but the address is correct. I wanted to make sure I gave credit to the right place and I love this place! They offer so many classes and activities for seniors. I’m a regular line dancing participant but you can work out in the gym area, take chair yoga there’s even a pole dancing class 😁. Best thing is it’s free because I’m an Optum insurance holder.
