Best damn ice cream on the west coast, the house made chocolates are to die for. The popcorn is other worldly and they have a rotating selection of squishys and dumplings if your trying to keep up with the latest and not so greatest trend for kids. Every one was super nice and had been well trained for customer service!
There were three young workers and they didn't even acknowledge our existence or even make eye contact. They were on their phones and laughing in the corner the whole time. It was very awkward and the ice cream wasn't even good. Do yourself a favor and go to Bonta instead, they have better servers and better ice cream.
The ice cream is great but the service is terrible. Whoever manages this business should be fired. The line tonight took more than an hour to get through. There’s a massive opportunity for anyone that wants to open a competing ice cream business in this shopping center because Goody’s cannot keep up. The owners of Goody’s should be embarrassed by the inability of a local business to meet seasonal demand. Seriously if you have an ounce of business acumen, goody’s is dead in the water.
