I had an extremely troubling experience with Attorney Sean Heck during a probate case involving my late mother’s estate. He submitted filings and made court representations based on incomplete and unverified information—specifically regarding fees he claimed were standard closing costs. Mr Clyde Goodwin Jr is not professional at all. He doesn't call or return phone's call or email's. I had a case with him for over a year and he did nothing at all with the case. And when he did decide to work on it , I had found out that he stole my 13 year old daughters money that her deceased mother left her , when i call to confront him about it he hung the phone up on me. The name of the firm suggests that they should have at least 3 people working there. Apparently law school didn't teach how to answer the phone, return phone calls or check voicemails.
