We went today January 22,2025 The black women in the cashier is one of the rudest cashier I've ever met in any goodwill I've been to. NOT SMILING. NO GREETINGS. SHE'S ON HER PHONE TAKING PICTURES OF HERSELF. SHE'S ON HER PHONE WHILE SCANNING THINGS WE BOUGHT. WHY PUT PEOPLE LIKE THAT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE? Put her in the back or something. I used to go here all the time but prices have climbed to ASTRONOMICAL heights for a thrift store. It has become very cost prohibitive which is sad considering they get all of these items for free.
Good store. Some nice stuff and fairly decent prices for goodwill, which is getting more and more expensive. The star is off for the lady at checkout.
Today I was absolutely floored to see a man’s banana republic suit with a price tag of $60. It appeared to be a current style and it was in good condition, but I’ve never seen any suit for $60 and I’m not sure that this brand has that kind of interest, and that this price will be realized. I hope this is not a preview of coming attractions with regard to prices because there are other thrift shops in the area that are more reasonable.
Disgusting clothes, rude & careless employees. My first bad experience was trying on a pair of pants that had MOLD on them. 🤢 I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it could’ve passed as bleach stains—which I originally thought it was. The employees were also passive aggressive, but I shrugged it off. But today was my last ever experience at this location. Picked up one of the dresses to the OVERWHELMING smell of pee.
