Over priced.for used stuff thay ask new stuff prices.im going to another thrift store. corporate greed at its worst
Cheap prices and interesting finds, but broken equipment, missing cables, and poor customer service. Saw an instrument get donated and asked the donation collector if we could grab and buy it and they said it was on the conveyor so no (literally just sitting there not moving). They told us to come back the next day, so we came back and they told us they probably shipped it to a warehouse in Indianapolis. Customer service is also very bad, with employees acting bored or annoyed with customers and often not answering questions... read more
No dressing rooms hurts the soul.
I donated some items today (feb 17, 2025) I placed some dvd movies in the bin and the short male employee with a cross necklace started cursing and he took my movies and started throwing them at the conveyer belt in a rage. I don't think this represents what goodwill is all about, why would you be angry about donations?
