I visit store often and the manager Mike is the best they got there. He's very helpful hardworking and aims to please. I believe this store would be in shambles without him.
I was just in the store this morning and heard the manager speaking to an employee. She was very encouraging to her. It made me happy to be supporting their store. Highly recommend this Goodwill.
Kevin is a fantastic cashier! He was so friendly and helpful when I was there the other day. It was a breath of fresh air with him there. Not to mention how amazing the store was too! For a goodwill I was surprised by how much they had.
I asked to purchase a toy figure I found with no price tags and the worker did not help me with my request of buying it or finding the best way I could purchase it. The manager came over and also did not find a solution I believe management needs more training on how to deal with these issues if the customer wants to buy the item it should be sold with no problems instead of denying the customer of the item very rude customer service.
