Note: This review applies to all Goodwill Manasota locations. I've been a Goodwill Manasota customer for years, and before that I was a Goodwill Manasota employee for years. This past year has seen a drastic drop off in quality of goods (not the donations themselves but rather the attention to detail of that item (e.g. if it's broken or missing pieces in some way)), customer service (they have minimized assistance at treasure island, relying on cashiers to assist which can result in a long wait when they are busy), and worst... read more
This place was by far the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. The managers were the rudest people I've ever seen wearing a customer service badge. The staff were just as rude and couldn't be less helpful. I've never experienced such disrespect, rudeness and more. I'm taking this matter to the corporate level of management. I only gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero and be able to warn others or this horrible place.
