Since when can you NOT get either store credit or exchange clothing at goodwill? Is it just this location (Long Beach) or what? And the fitting room is hidden so you won’t see it unless you’re returning from the back of the store! I will not return to this store. They’ve gotten the last of my money and I’ve spent a ton of it here!! Also, the email address does not work, how convenient!
