FRAUD, zero customer service, fraudulent shipoing charges that the company is padding their books. I was sent a fraudulent signed joran poster, PSA told me it was a fake, advertised as real, they will NOT refund me 503.00! I soend 2-3k a month with their online platform, that is a 2-3k loss of my business b/c they are so fraudulent. And the staff, which at this point, its clear cannot handle a customer service issue is denying a refund on a fraudulent poster. Bought a lot on the goodwill action in Fort Wayne. States shirts had no stains or issues. In the picture the shirts were folded so they looked to be fine. Got the lot home and one shirt had several holes and others had stains. They said they would return it and I got no apologies or anything. No gift card for me having to drive stuff all the way back. Now they said they’re missing a hat that I don’t even remember seeing. Now they said they can give me part return. This is crazy. I drove a half hour there and back home for it... read more

Scammed me out of $108 by listing an Atari 8 gaming system online which I purchased for my parents, The system was listed as "Excellent Condition" When in reality the controllers were non-functioning leaving the game system unplayable yet the people at Goodwill have repeatedly blamed me for purchasing the game even though they stated it as in "Excellent Condition". Now here 4 days before Christmas with no gift for my parents and I am being treated horribly by Goodwill for trusting in the wording on the add they put together!... read more
