I WAS a frequent shopper until a cashier snatched one item I no longer wanted, out of my hand and threw it on the ground! Completely shocked, I was ready to cry. I recently loss my mother and thrifting helps keep her memories dear to my heart. I understand people often change their mind on purchasing items and it can be frustrating to the workers but I have been nothing but kind every time I shop there. This cashier was completely out of line, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

Sandra is INCREDIBLY rude and nasty. She is so mean that I will not purchase anything if she is the only one at checkout because there is a 100% chance she will say something snarky or insulting. This last time she said something sarcastic to my toddler. She talks to everyone like they're dumb and beneath her. She needs to be fired.
Huge selection well stocked and organized. Helpful associates. Changing rooms available and clean.
