One of the nicer goodwills I have visited for their selection!
While I love supporting local community efforts, Goodwill is now charging fees to pick up your items from auction. WTH? Charging a "handling fee" for every pick up item? Ridiculous!!! Will I have that fee refunded when the truck hasn't shown up or the item wasn't on the truck for delivery like it should be? Will I be reimbursed for the multiple trips I have to make to pick up items because Goodwill can't even abide by their own pick up rules? I had this happen 3 times just last week.
