I won an auction on shopgoodwill.com, I believed the items would be shipped, when I found out they wouldn't be shipped I tried to look to see if I had an option to pick them up, I did not see one, no one responded when asked why I was charged shipping and handling for an item that won't be shipped. Horrible customer service.
