I donated what wouldnt fit in my dorm as a transfer student to a new college. When I arrived at the rear loading dock I was met by a middle aged woman with shoulder length hair who was quite pushy telling me what she wanted and how much work she'd had to do that day. When she made the remark about the rug and tv stand were really nice, she rolled her eyes at me as she said goodbye. I didnt even get a thank you. I really hope someone in need gets those items because she certainly doesn't.

I would like to say that the overall treatment I got was so bizarre, I walked in and I expected to be greeted with kindness, it was a very hostile environment. But almost all the employees looked at me with utter disgust, and yes I am a woman of color. I kept my hands out my purse, sorted my cart accordingly and didn’t take in more than the allowed amount. With Seniors spending a lot of money per hour slowly browsing through the store . It adds insult to injury by closing the public restrooms once again. It is also a blatant violation of the Law. The Americans With Dissabilities Act. They have been using insane markup on donated items . A 10 dollar men’s wallet for 49.00! Let’s take our business elsewhere. This place is the polar opposite of charitable. Charity begins at home!
