These folks are a bunch of prima donnas. Evidently you must provide an EXACT list of items to be picked up - they won't take anything not on the manifest. Which meant that with 3 days to go until the move, we got left with a bunch of furniture that we don't want to move - and Goodwill wouldn't take. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. There are plenty of other charities out there that are easier to deal with.
