Best eBike / bike repair shop. Turnaround time was great. Price was great. Went before winter hit and they found my hard to find brake pads. Going to be heading here for a set of Maguras and a tune up soon. Good Turn is communicative, and honest about what needs to be done. They're also just plain super NICE! The job training program they have makes my heart happy too. Good Turn keep being awesome!
I bought an ebike there, and they were more than patient with me. Love the bike as well. (It is difficult not to love an R&M ebike.) If you're interested in higher quality ebikes and exceptional service, do go here. Thank you, Terry!
I came to Good Turn Cycles with very little knowledge about e-bikes. They were great at explaining the differences and allowing me to test ride many different bikes to see what worked. I would highly recommend this shop( either location). They are ethical, knowledgeable and patient which is rare at any bike shop. They also are mission driven to help younger workers and it shows in the attitude of all the staff. A shout out to Adam, Terry, Blake, TJ, Jamal, and Mikaela for all your help. Highly recommend.
