Ordered shoes and was sent the wrong ones by mistake but Andy was super helpful in communicating and making sure this got corrected quickly. Got some free stickers and a shirt as a bonus apology which was not necessary but appreciated. Great bunch of people from an awesome skate shop! 10/10 would order from them again.

Every time I come in, the workers are so helpful. I bought another board today, and the guys at the counter were really patient with me, and they answered all my questions. This is definitely my favorite skate shop in the Sacramento region.
