I got a queen and it was perfect. I'm sorry you all had such a bad experience! But,I did go pick it up but was ready in like 3 weeks. They varnished it too. I think it was just a thing to try. Maybe not enough business.
If I could give a sliver of this star I would. This company has put me thru loops and bounds not only in attempts to get my king size bedframe but now to even receive my refund! I've gone to my bank twice in person and once via telephone. How hard is it to deposit money back into an account? Oh your system can't access my account? Inform me that and refund me my money via check. I'm sure Kevin Costner never had an issue ordering from this company. They are absolutely horrible. Buyer beware on this company
Order a bed through them on May 24, 2015 after 7 weeks of overt promises of them "sending it out in the next five days" I never received it; be very leery of this company. They get busy and individual customers don't matter to them only large accounts. My order was canceled and probably won't order from them again.
Ordered a bed and it was delivered on time. One of the reasons we decoded to go with this company was because of the warranty. Well our bed broke and I've been to contact them several times left a voicemail everytime. No one will call me back. This has been over the last 2 months. I'm too the point where legal action may be the next step. Buy from someone else obviously this company isn't what they say they are.
I ordered 2 Twin headboards from this company in July 2015. They told me they would be delivered by August 1st, 2015. I waited until the end of August to call them and figure out where they were. They told me they were still being made. I told them I can't wait, that I have an open house in a week and asked them to cancel the order and refund me my money.
