Savanna is an amazing Exercise Physiologist. I've been so impressed that she actually listens to me and pays attention to what works and doesn't work for my body. The exercises she gives me are achievable and not daunting. My body is actually moving again and im gaining back strength I didn't think I would. I would highly recommend Savanna.
