Always thorough and friendly
They are very knowledgeable, however extremely unorganized and have way too much on their plates. It’s near impossible to get a call back and responses are “I’ll get back to you,” but no one ever gets back to you. I ended up having to pay a penalty because I was under the impression that my quarterly taxes had been submitted when they had not been, due to lack of communication.
Have been a customer for 14 years and my wife many before that. They are great. We definitely recommend them.
