I’ve been a customers for almost nine years! I spend a good amount of money at this store now and before she worked there! She is calling out my family online and believing that there is a beef/ problem that doesn’t exist! She planned to ban me from the store closes to my house and she did ban me! Store manager Ian had no knowledge of daily deals displayed on posters throughout the store, when it came time to pay they rang up full priced items and I had to let them know. I had a prior interaction with his boyfriend when I tried to return a cartridge that smelled too potent for my preference. He let me return it because it his last day but apparently it was opened and he couldn’t do a return.
