Main banking is the best service.
This bank is by far the worse bank I have ever encountered. Customer service take at least two months to get back to you on the app, if you call they will say another department will reach out to you and they never will. Safe yourself the time and do banking somewhere else
First Hawaiian Bankの日本語カスタマーサービスに、メールで何回も連絡していますが返信がかなり遅く、英語のカスタマーに電話しても、保留にされたり、結局取り合ってくれませんでした。 ハワイ在住の方数名に相談した所、First Hawaiian Bank以外の銀行に、変えた方が良いですよ、と別の銀行をお勧めされました。
