The worst experience ever. I thought things were being handled worked w them since 2020. They are Always late filing or even forgetting to file now I’m having to deal w penalty fees and when reaching out to Lane no response. Said they mailed things and in reality they sat at the assistants desk. They are definitely not staying on top of things losing documents, etc . This years taxes were incorrect a big indicator when I was told I owed $7,000 over what already is taking out of my paychecks! I had to have someone else look o... read more

Had my taxes done here this past tax season and I'm usually the guy who does them myself but the assistants and accountants here made it 10x easier. They were very helpful and consistent with my time.
