I spent over $20,000 at Goods Home Furnishings and unfortunately, the customer service after the sale has been extremely disappointing. One nightstand from my bedroom set was not available at the time of delivery. While I was informed of a 4–6-week timeline, I was not told prior to purchase that I would later be required to either pay an additional delivery fee or pick it up myself. Angela Rogers was incredible to work with. She and my wife made a perfect team to choose all the right fabrics and style for the new sofa to be a beautiful addition to our home.
We love our Stickley Mission Style kitchen table, chairs, and bar stools. We have a large “doggie condo” in the kitchen and we needed something small. Matthew Hyland provided outstanding professional service through the whole process. The delivery folks were excellent. Thank you to the entire Good’s Team for a wonderful experience. We look forward to enjoying our made in the USA heirloom quality furniture for many years!
