I want to thank Vicki Bracey in Customer Service specifically. We had an issue within a week of purchasing a piece of outdoor furniture from Good's. The manufacturer was communicating that it was our fault and not standing by their warranty but Vicki Bracey continued to advocate for us over the course of more than a month. I worked with Carol for ordering a couch and a chair. Even though I am located in DC, it was very easy getting fabric samples and asking Carol for advice. I would highly recommend and have even told friends about how great my experience was. Carol was prompt and clearly communicated timelines and next steps, and I will reach out to her again if I place another order. Our new Vanguard couch is much more comfortable and looks great!
