Terrible. I've never experienced such terrible customer service. They might have the best prices but the headache that comes with it is not worth it. Sales people do not know the product and cannot communicate with customers. one word answers, lied about shipping cost, etc. will never work with this store again.
Wonderful experience! Our shopping began with a meeting with Lisa P. at Goods. What a gem to work with! The selection of furniture & materials to choose from was substantial. The repoire with Lisa made our selection easy. We NEVER had a better experience shopping in the Charlotte area!!
