Excellent customer service
Friendly customer service! Delivery guys were super fast and paid attention to details when bringing the new conversational sectional sofa to my home. They were careful coming through doorways. Very considerate! Quality of furniture is excellent! Yes, I’ll be shopping again, and again, and again!
Ordered furniture on May 23rd. Was told 2-3 weeks for furniture to arrive. Called store after 4 weeks, told again 2-3 weeks. Fast forward on July 15th went to store and got our money back. Manager did not even apologize for the trouble he caused us. Very poor service! We shop local businesses but will never use this poorly run store. Horrible experience!!
