Not all like the original. The Anderson store was only acceptable, but overrated. Amongst 3 of us we spent several dollars SADLY. We live in Indiana and Nevada, and think it's appropriate you make a candy piece in the shape of a TURD.
This is the worst chocolate shop chocolate I've ever had. I should've tried some samples before buying and I would've saved $30+. I just didn't realize that they could mess up chocolate so much! The "cream" filled ones weren't cream at all, but rather bland syrups that didn't taste like what they were supposed to be. It all tasted like fake chocolate. Very disappointing! Plus the place is sparse with not much selection and the parking on that busy street is terrible. I do not recommend!
After the sale: cutbacks on quality. The candy - in particular the brandied cherries - are a pale facsimile of what they had been for 50 years. Just get some Russel Stover's and save 75% of the cost. Good's were ingrained in my family for half a century, but they no longer exist. Before the sale: The brandied cherries made by Good's are the best chocolate that exists. At least on Earth.
