Great customer service. The technician Nigrial Faust was incredible he did a great job and finally found the issue we were facing for so long, while other company couldn't do it.
Recently contracted with Surfside after being disenchanted with our previous A/C, home services contractor. Had a reason to call them Wednesday afternoon before July 4th. Their service tech, Matt Evans, called from Orange Beach and said he was on his way. He arrived faster that I expected, thoroughly went through our main HVAC system and gave an overview and explanation as to why it had cut out earlier. Completely satisfied with Matt’s professionalism, he was also very courteous. WTG Surfside.
