I will Never BUY A CAR FROM LANDERS OR GOODMAN RD FINANCIAL IN SOUTHAVEN , MS they lie and scam innocent consumers. I went to this dealership, bought a car from LANDERS they referred me to goodman rd for financing Never explained i was in a Lease purchase. I found out during the pandemic from the CSR Kim who explained to me after i asked questions about the residual on my receipt after paying. Because they were looking for someone with the same last name, they kept running my credit! Basically profiling! So now, I have hard inquiries on my credit all bc they assumed that this total stranger was somehow linked to me! I hate it here!
They tried to tell me that a 17,000 dollar car is gonna be 600 every two weeks with my 730 credit score turns our I brought the car back and they reported it as a repo and the manger did the exact same thing to someone and got fired.
I'm wondering who is the manager over this place. I work with dealer track and what they are reporting to the credit bureaus and what they actually report are Fraud then when they pull your vehicle after you miss one payment what a joke. Landers Ford refer people to these people and these vehicles are leased. What a joke please do Bank finance people.
THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY A CAR FROM THEY WILL HAVE YOU PAYING 3 TIMES THE BOOK VALUE OF THE CAR AND LETS NOT MENTION HOW RUDE KIM AND THAT MAN IS... I DO NOT SEE HOW THEY STILL OPEN THE WAY THEY SIT AND THINK THEY CAN TALK TO PEOPLE... I RATHER BUY A CAR OFF BUY SELL AND TRADE THAN TO DEAL WITH A GROUP OF MESS SUCH AS THEM.... RUN RUN RUN
