I would like to write another shout out to Danny Ford. If you are in a situation with angry board members, Danny is the person you want to diffuse the situation. He helped me out with a very difficult situation. He was able to calm the situation and gain trust enough for the board to choose Goodman Law. Thank you Danny Ford for clarifying some very murky law (in my mind) and helping us understand options and giving us a path forward.
