this company is a scam they make you do a lot of sending them all different stuff and don't produce the loan, i can't believe i fell for this scam. they asked for something new every day for what NOTHING they just at the last minute told me sorry your not approved. the people there are stupid as well they try to be nice but it's all just for nothing dont use this company... find another one
TERRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY!!! Would have left 0 STARS, but it was not an option!! I recently financed a roof with goodleap, immediately upon being approved the calls started to add more improvements since I had been approved for much more than I needed. I was not interested and actually refinanced the loan immediately. Goodleap partnered with Elite Solar to install a system at our home. Elite solar has not completed the installation and has filed for bankruptcy, but Goodleap still paid them in full without contacting us. Goodleap is now requiring that we pay the loan payments for a system that does not work. They will not take any responsibility for paying the installer for an incomplete system and have not made any effort resolve the installation issue.
GoodLeap does not care about their customers. They partner with companies to get your money, but when there is an issue, they do nothing to help. I reached out to them for assistance with a Solar company that did not finish the work, panels were installed but never connected so now I am paying GoodLeap for the panels and the power company and they wouldn't work with me, on the contrary they threatened to send me to collections and destroy my credit. I would not recommend them.
Third time I had used LoanPal for mortgage/refinancing. Dustin Cobel was my agent for all these transactions and he did a great job! He is a conscientious young man who looked out for my best interests. Great personality and I enjoyed doing business with him. I will contact him for any future financial needs.
