This bank is terrible. Open when they want, close when they want. Closed at 2pm on a Wednesday afternoon because of weather? It’s raining out. Believe it or not, that does happen in Illinois. Stopped in 3 days ago to speak to a lender, was busy at the moment, left my name and number and still have received no callback. Think I’d recommend any bank besides this one in Metamora (Eureka and Goodfield branches much better)
