They dont stand behind their products. I was a retailer for them and purchased 2000 feet of maple for my own home. They were pretty much our only wood supplier for about 5 years. It has a 50 year warranty on the product and i tried to put in a claim heres what you can expect in the pictures below. Ive also used their lvp in multiple jobs, and the locking mechanism doesnt hold up, and they dont honor claims. I have had to replace multiple floors for customers with no help.

Terrible place to work. Warehouse is incompetent. The branch manager is completely negligent in overseeing safety and proper placement of product. This could be a very good place to work, but the overall standard of excellence does not exist. Quebec, needs to fire 90% of current staff.
We received a fair amount of boards that obviously did not reflect the sample wood (3 of 12 boxes) and asked for an exchange which was denied. Will not be a return customer.
their employee alec is selling furniture out of this business. he says it is in excellent condition no tears, stains etc. got there 100 miles away to pick it up could not see too great in a dimly lit warehouse. pay him. partway home stop to get a drink, furniture has lots of small cat punctures all over it and blood type stains on it. management thinks it is fine to sell hazardous materials out of their warehouse. total con job. would not recommend these people. very dishonest scheme going on. biohazardous materials being pa... read more
