Well I am writing this review on behalf of my senior mother. She paid 636.00 for this tax service as well as 8000 in taxes. And like the other review states no extention was filed no communication, and now received an additional bill from the irs threatening to put a lean on her home unless an additional 403 dollars. And of course nobody answers the phone. She assumed an extension was filed for the fee she was charged. Do not get scammed for this tax service.
Chase saved me a bunch of money! I have two small businesses and I use Chase for both as well as for his payroll services. He does my quarterly state and federal taxes as well as my yearly ones. Whenever I get confused about L&I and stuff like that he takes care of it for me. He does a bunch of stuff for me! I highly recommend their services. You could not find a better family run business for your CPA needs. They are clear in their communication and give clear instructions on when your documents are due to be able to file in time for IRS deadlines. Also, it is common knowledge that your CPA cannot control the amount of money you will owe to the IRS, and that it is the customer's duty to provide any and all documentation that is needed to properly file their taxes.
