I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to warrant one. My package has been delayed for over a week with no clear explanation. What’s worse, the tracking information repeatedly said the item was “out for delivery” – for several days in a row – yet nothing ever arrived. Over all poor
⭐☆☆☆☆ I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered a bambulab a1 mini combo for my son’s birthday, and they sent the wrong package (a1 mini). It completely ruined the surprise and left us scrambling on his special day. This was a very important occasion for our family, and their mistake caused a huge letdown. I expected much better service and attention to detail. If this guys have your order to be shipped, be ready for any surprises!!!!
