Terrible lawyer. Took close to a year to settle my mother’s estate that was the most simple estate she has likely ever done AND my husband and brother helped with a lot of the work. She charged A LOT and also nickel and dines you on top of her estate and lawyer and all the other hidden fees you aren’t aware of. Beware of this lawyer!!! I highly recommend NOT using her!
Negative star reviews if it would let me. The small town advantage has them cashing in bigtime, horrible experience costing way too much. Beware elderly !!
Be extremely careful calling this Lawyer when trying to find a lawyer. They will attempt to bill for the investigation call without informing the client that they are billing and waste time on the call to increase billing. If this lawyer bills without a signed agreement or first stating when billing for time begins, report them right away do NOT delay.
I do no recommend this lawyer. I feel Lynn took advantage of our grieving family for her personal gain. She claimed the need for so much information and paperwork as well as access to accounts ,all of which we now believe was completely unfounded, in order to claim a ridiculously large amount of our fathers’ very straightforward estate. Just to get her to do the work, multiple calls and visits to the office were needed. She charged thousands of dollars for a job that others paid hundreds for.
