Terrible customer service. The two owners told me and my daughter off when my daughter was checking to feel the squishy toys to buy. Then they didn’t let us check the toy inside the box and we paid $15. Opened it at home and the toy had holes on it with glue popping out if you squeezed it. Took it back to them and the lady owner said we have squeezed too much and broke it! Horrible experience. We usually bought small goods from them but it is not worse it. Better to check TK Maxx next door
