We bought a bundle at a local Walmart for our camping trip. With a few dried twigs and a tumble weed I had a fully blazing fire in under 10 min. The wood burnt hot and fast and created great coals for roasting marshmallows. I personally liked the light smoky aroma and actually want to try it in my pit.
"producto hecho en Mexico"? Goodtimes Wood Products, Rusk, Texas... Product made in Mexico... Why would you need Mexican wood? Or do you send it to Mexico for Mexicans to chop? Either way, No thanks.
This wood burns great for me. If you know how to stack your wood for a fire... you will have no problems. The bundles are large with different sizes. I started one bundle at 8am. It is now 2pm and that 8am bundle is still burning. Yes I had a piece with mold, but it is a tree. Trees grow mold. I did not need to use paper towel or gasoline( people going to burn they house down) like mentioned in the other reviews. Just stack the wood right!
