The older lady who appeared to be the owner refused to accept a card payment because my purchase was under $10. When I offered to pay extra to cover any card surcharge, she simply yelled, "MINIMUM $10." I've never seen someone so hostile towards a customer who was actively trying to buy something. If card fees are the issue, charge a surcharge like countless other businesses do. There's no need to be rude to customers who are trying to spend money in your store.

I came on google to see the review about this shop & I couldn’t agree more with their customer service, it’s atrocious! I don’t know if she doesn’t like working or if she has a medical issue or whether it’s just her personality. But she could really work on her customer service skills. It’s no wonder there are so many stealings in her shop.
Quality of products not the best, but rude staff and can't pay by card under $10. Why don't you add a card fee then? Rather than being rude to customers WANTING TO BUY YOUR PRODUCTS, isn't that the point in having a shop. Clearly not wanting to sell anything. No wonder the store never has any customers, must just be be a front for another business
