I love that Pam takes the time to really look at your skin and situation, and tailors treatment that day based on what you need. She doesn't just give you the same cookie-cutter 5 steps each time because that's what's included. She customizes her interventions which makes for a great experience and great outcomes.
I received a gift certificate for a facial for my birthday. What a treat! Pam's space is warm and spa-like. By being a certified medical esthetician, Pam is able to offer treatments beyond your typical face scrub. It was truly a rejuvenating experience.
Had my facial from Pam about 4 days ago and my face is still glowing. She is very knowledgeable. I've never had a facial like hers before. She has a machine that you look into and it shows her/you your problem areas. The table/chair (not sure what to call it) was amazing. It is big and can raise your legs and lay you backwards. I went in just over a week ago and I was thoroughly impressed with Pam and all the tools she uses to access your skin and then provides the treatment based on her assessment.
