I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. Echoing the same story ... placed an order 4th June, credit card debited, enquired via emails 10 and 15 days later, no reply. DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS!!!
I paid $235 on the 2nd of April for product which my daughter has been using. I have emailed at least 3 times, phoned at least 4 times, messaged through their facebook twice and never received an answer as to when the product should arrive. It is now 8th of May. Very poor. Last time I ordered I had the same communication problems but eventually got through and received product. This is the poorest service I have ever received. Maryanne - please contact me or is this whole thing a scam.
A tale of two halves… after years of struggling with psoriasis I was 99% free from it within 12 weeks of following Maryanne’s advice. AMAZING! Unfortunately after a couple of missed check-in calls, due to a power cut and international travel for work, I have been unable to reach Maryanne for 2.5 months. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ANYMORE! The website is up and running, they will take your money and they will not send you anything. I had to phone a neighbouring business to see if Good Skin Clinic is there and they said it looks like it is now an accountancy firm.
I had written a review prior to this form my old email but no longer use this one anymore and just wanted to retract my review as I found out that the building was under construction and Maryanne had limited access, my order had been shipped by a friend but DHL Mexico had done something dodgy and seems like they have kept the order and Maryanne sent my supplies again out of goodwill, Im very grateful for this huge gesture as my skin was in desperate need.
