$60 each way +$4mile! And my grandmother is on Porter exit going to highlands oncology. Good Shepard is NOT as they're name portrays. This discussed me! I'm going to spread the word to NOT use this company. They don't even take insurance, any insurance. A taxi, Uber, transit, Medicare transportation out of all of these the expenses will be $60-75 cheaper!!!!

Monday, my Drs office called for a visit with my surgeon, 2 week after surgery. I called and they will pick me up Monday & 11:30. However, I live 5.2 miles from NorthWest hospital. I was charged for less Ty a one hour 10.5 miles $164.00. I’m sorry $164 plus tip is not being a good Shepherd. I am so disappointed plus I paid another 120 for transportation on Friday using the same services so 164+220 for good Samaritan for less than 10 miles people cannot afford this and this is A good Shepherd
