Great care for my wife and I. Amazing meals and friendly staff.
I have a relative that died here. I remember being 7 and going to see her and staff were checking in to make sure she was ok and safe. Sometimes I would see bingo and a room with tv to watch. They have a good cafe and kid friendly. Before she died she broke her wrist, she was a stubborn woman who never would say she was in pain, yet they knew. 🩷
Minus 1 star. Terrible experience. For 1 year we watched mum sometimes be cared for, only most Enrolled Nurses were great, rest let her attempt to spoon her food at mealtimes, often resulting in no food successfully being eaten, despite numerous requests for assistance from my father. On her actual passing, dad got a well done your account is at a balance of $0...not one word of condolences. Disgusted.
Whatever you do, do not send you loved ones here. The staff are rude, unprofessional and heartless. I would give the place zero stars if possible.
