Health food shops are rare, now, and therefore a valuable find. This one may be touted as a 'vitamin' shop, but it offers much more than simply vitamins. It has raw materials for brewing, a great selection of teas, kitchen supplies, eco-cleaning products and supplies, organics, snack foods, energy bars, staple foods, and more. When we traveled to TN, we needed more of a few supplies, and this shop provided that sigh of relief to find the healthiest options around. Alternative Health – I visit the store often - the owner and his staff are always friendly and ask if I need any help. When I do, they are sure to provide me w/ all they know about the product I am looking for or if it's not available & they have a substitute, they're sure to explain the similarities & differences clearly.
