Absolute joke. Had to wait a month to get the online class scheduled then another month to meet with a dietitian for 20 mins to have them push protein drink and protein bars at me. Spending 15 of the 20 mins telling sales pitching protein bars and shakes like a damn used car salesman. While literally reading the question sheet I filled out a month ago for what appeared to be the first time. I like the people but not their policies. I had been prescribed medications and had surgery recommended before but the issue was always insurance. They have a policy that they wont talk to insurance. They kept tagging me a long for close to a year with no actual treatment. They really let me down.

I scheduled with this program. The first step was a virtual orientation class..ok..I then received a text that the orientation is at the Good Sam building. My appointment was 8:30. I drove through the Clifton rush hour hellscape and ended up at the wrong building. Thankfully, I encountered people along the way who helped me find the correct room. I finally did. I had heard good things about Tri Health Weight management through a friend. I went and met with a nurse practitioner. The medication prescribed was not working for me. I called 2 x, and the messages were not returned and still sit in my chart-(over 2 months later) I had called and let them know my messages were not returned and still nothing. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone at Weight Management - Good Samaritan Campus. They took very good care of me while I went through gastral bypass surgery before and after. Very caring staff, and My doctor was great.
