At present, not happy with the care our Mother is receiving. The staff rotation makes for very inconsistent care. She is often left at the dining table alone as she cannot lift her arms to call someone so she is ignored. Her call bell signal does not work when she is at the table. Staff don't know how to care for her catheter or where the supplies are with any consistency. When complaining to the Manager, staff are good for a few days and then fall back to old wyas. Thank you, Laurel ,Gayle, and all of their staff. They took GREAT care of my mom while at Lindenview. It was hard for me as I live in Florida. They would take my calls at all hours, answered all of my questions. Made sure she had beverages and snacks if she desired. This facility is clean, warm ,safe and I would definitely recommend to make this your first choice Alberta. If you can't get into Lethbridge, it's still an easy drive.
