One star because zero stars isn't an option. The audacity of this place to call itself a care home is apalling. Staff are uncaring, incompetent, and shouldn't be be allowed to call themselves a part of the health care industry. Staff withholds care, and won't tell the patient or family what's going on or happening with treatment/care (or lack thereof). Staff repeatedly withholds care, and won't tell my grandfather what's going on or happening with his treatment (or lack thereof). I can't say enough good things about the care my Mom received here. All the nurses and the Healthcare aides you all showed such love and compassion not only to my Mom but to us her family. Thank you doesn't seem enough. So much love to you all.
I have a suggestion. I think it would be a wonderful gesture if Lee Crest would send a family member of the deceased a sympathy card . I was told vets even send sympathy cards when the owners pets pass away .
Poor personal care for the residents. It is horribly understaffed.
